1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Keymaa services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Keymaa platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Keymaa's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Keymaa offers multiple subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: MVR 300 per month
• Full Plan: MVR 700 per month

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Payment must be received before service activation
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.

5. Service Description

Keymaa provides:

• QR code digital menu system
• Online ordering platform
• POS terminal integration
• Order management system
• Customer management tools
• Analytics and reporting
• Additional features based on your subscription plan

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Keymaa, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Provide accurate menu information and pricing to your customers
• Comply with all food safety and business regulations in your jurisdiction

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Keymaa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice
• Change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice
• Update features and functionality
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be unavailable during:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Force majeure events
• Internet service provider issues

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keymaa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• You will lose access to your account and data
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
